TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: September 1, 2026. These Terms govern your use of justingreencustomhomes.com and JGCH's online tools, including the JGCH Investment Estimator (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1) The Estimator is a planning tool

The Investment Estimator produces informational planning ranges only. Estimator results are not an offer, quote, bid, or contract, and are not a commitment that any project can be built at any price. Actual pricing depends on plans, site conditions, selections, and market costs, and is established only in a written agreement signed by JGCH. Do not make financial commitments in reliance on Estimator output.

2) Using the Services

  • You agree to provide accurate information in forms and to use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-competitive purposes.

  • You may not scrape, copy at scale, disrupt, probe, or misuse the Services or attempt to access non-public systems.

3) Our content

The Services and their content, including text, guides, photography, plans, logos, and design, belong to JGCH or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view and use them for evaluating JGCH's services. Our guides are for your personal use, not republication.

4) Communications

Submitting a form may result in follow-up by email, phone, or text as described in the Privacy Policy, with opt-out available at any time.

5) No warranty; limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, JGCH disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6) General
