Typically, we focus on projects within an hour's drive from our office in Fort Smith. However, for certain projects, we’re open to considering locations slightly beyond that radius. If you have a specific area in mind, feel free to reach out and we can discuss the details!

If you’re still looking for the perfect spot, we often have available lots in the River Valley, or we can connect you with a realtor who can help you find just the right location. When it comes to ‘what are we building,’ have you explored any house plans online? Do you have a vision in mind for your custom home? Whether you’ve found a plan that you love or you’ve sketched something on the back of a napkin, we have a draftsman on staff who can take your ideas and turn them into a set of detailed plans. We’ll work with you to customize every detail and bring your dream home to life.
Do you only build new homes or do you do remodels too?
We specialize in creating dream homes—whether that means building from the ground up or transforming your current home into the perfect space for you. From simple updates like refreshing a bathroom with new tile, paint, and lighting, to more complex renovations like relocating a bathroom or kitchen, we’ve got you covered. How do I get financing for my new home or remodel project?
Before we get started, it’s a good idea to visit with a bank to get pre-approved and have a clear idea of your budget. This helps ensure we’re all on the same page from the start. If you’re not sure which bank to approach, we can suggest a few options that may work for you. Alternatively, we offer another financing option through a company called Hearth. Hearth connects you with multiple lenders, offering flexible payment terms, lower rates than credit cards, and no equity requirement for personal loans.
